As a Product Developer you will be responsible for interpreting customer needs, lifestyle trends, and commercial insights and formulating a suitable product development and maintenance plan for the portfolio of Own Brand and Exclusive branded product ranges, aligned to our category strategies and our Woolworths Own Brand positioning. You will work with Suppliers and internal stakeholders to bring new products to market ensuring that we consistently delight our customers with real choice, innovation, quality and value, exceeding their expectations, whilst contributing to market share growth. The Product Developer sets the Quality standards and organoleptic characteristics of the product. You will:
