Job summary

Hunter Amenities International Ltd. in Melbourne seeks a motivated product development specialist to lead new and existing brands, embedding company values and coordinating across APAC/ME and North American offices.

You will work with factories on costings and pricing for regional sales, coordinate sample requests, and manage end-to-end programs with Supply Chain to ensure quality, timelines and regulatory compliance while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development and roll-out, including specs, launch timetable, sourcing, and sampling.
• Collaborate with factories to prepare costings and pricing for regional sales.
• Coordinate regional sales team sample requests for new products.
• Manage end-to-end programs with Supply Chain to rundown stocks and materials.
• Develop project tasks, identify milestones, and monitor progress.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Product Lead, we are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to be responsible for the development and delivery of new and existing products/brands, ensuring that Company values are embedded in this process. This position will interact regularly across functions within our APAC/ME and North American Head Office operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordination of product development & roll out - product specifications, launch timetable, sourcing, quotations/sampling and liaising with quality assurance and regulatory compliance with an emphasis on customer interface and satisfaction.
• Working closely with factories to prepare product costings and provide pricing for the Regional Sales Team.
• Coordinating Regional Sales Team sample requests for new products under development with our factories.
• End of program management in collaboration with our Supply Chain to enable rundown of existing stocks and raw materials
• Developing project tasks and identifying milestones, monitoring progress against these.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Work within systems, priorities and deadlines.
• Present and receive information verbally and in writing.
• Assess situations and information and draw conclusions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail.
• Experience with Project Management software and principles an advantage.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills, in particular Excel is essential.
• Full professional fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
