Job summary

Hunter Amenities International is seeking a proactive product development professional to drive new and existing brands across APAC/ME and North America. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, pricing, and regulatory considerations while interfacing with factories and the regional sales team.

Responsibilities include developing product specs, coordinating costings, and managing end‑to‑end programs with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Ability to coordinate across factories, QA, regulatory, and regional sales.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; Mandarin fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development and roll-out timelines, sourcing, and sampling.
• Work with factories to prepare costings and pricing for regional sales.
• Manage regional sample requests for new products under development.
• Partner with Supply Chain to rundown stocks and materials as programs end.
• Develop project tasks, milestones, and monitor progress to deadlines.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Product Lead, we are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to be responsible for the development and delivery of new and existing products/brands, ensuring that Company values are embedded in this process. This position will interact regularly across functions within our APAC/ME and North American Head Office operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordination of product development & roll out - product specifications, launch timetable, sourcing, quotations/sampling and liaising with quality assurance and regulatory compliance with an emphasis on customer interface and satisfaction.
• Working closely with factories to prepare product costings and provide pricing for the Regional Sales Team.
• Coordinating Regional Sales Team sample requests for new products under development with our factories.
• End of program management in collaboration with our Supply Chain to enable rundown of existing stocks and raw materials
• Developing project tasks and identifying milestones, monitoring progress against these.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Work within systems, priorities and deadlines.
• Present and receive information verbally and in writing.
• Assess situations and information and draw conclusions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail.
• Experience with Project Management software and principles an advantage.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills, in particular Excel is essential.
• Full professional fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
