InvestorHub is seeking a Senior Product Builder to own the CRM Suite, from idea through release, and to work directly with engineers to ship working prototypes that communicate intent. You’ll run discovery with IR teams at ASX-listed companies, pitch new features, and own adoption metrics to guide the next cycle.

The role emphasizes one-person ownership of artefacts, fast decision making, and deep domain growth in capital markets and investor relations within your first month.

About InvestorHub

InvestorHub helps listed companies own their investor relationships. Our platform gives ASX-listed companies the sales and marketing tools to engage investors directly; announcements, engagement analytics, registry insight, and investor communications; so they can grow and defend their register without depending on intermediaries.

You'd be the person who takes what we should build next from an idea to the version our customers use.

The role

This is a new role. Product work has always been split three ways by the artefact each person produces: product managers produce documents, designers produce Figma files, engineers produce code. Each artefact is a handover, and something is lost at every one - the document that doesn't say what the manager meant, the design that doesn't survive the build, the feature that ships with nobody checking whether it worked.

That split existed because each artefact took a specialist to produce. It no longer does. With today's tools, one person can produce a document, a design or a working prototype in code well enough to communicate intent, so one person can own a feature from the idea to the version that gets released and work directly with the engineer building it. Fewer hops. That person is a Product Builder.

You'll own the CRM Suite: where a company keeps its investors, what they hold, how they've engaged and what the company has said to them. It has base features every customer gets and paid upgrades that carry expansion revenue, so you'll own both the everyday experience and the features customers pay more for. You'll hold the product vision for it, pitch what we should build next, design in code so nobody has to guess what you meant, work directly with the engineer who builds it, take it to release, and be the one who finds out whether it worked.

You'll be a senior individual contributor reporting to our Co-CEO. Product Builder is a new way of running product and we're building it with the people in the seat, so you'll shape how it works as much as follow it.

You don't need a capital markets background to apply. You need to prove you can and want to build deep expertise in one, because understanding how a listed company and its investors actually behave is what this role runs on.

• Know your customers: run your own discovery with IR teams and executives at listed companies, and hold an evidenced view of what needs improving in the CRM Suite and why.
• Pitch what we build next: turn a customer problem into a pitch our fortnightly betting table can decide on - what we'd build, why it matters, and how we'd know it worked. Keep the drumbeat of product progress in your area: a pitch every cycle, a release every cycle, an honest read on the last one.
• Design in code: make the experience real enough, with AI-assisted tools, that an engineer can build from it and a customer can react to it. The prototype's job is to communicate intent, not to be the feature.
• Work directly with engineering: you own what the experience should be; they own that it works, scales and survives failure. Stay with the work until it's built the way you meant.
• Take it to release: from a small group of customers through to the whole base, including what we tell customers about it.
• Own the outcome: report adoption and usage, say plainly whether it moved the number, and let that shape the next pitch.
• Keep the CRM Suite coherent as it grows, and lift the craft bar around you.

• 5+ years in product roles - product management, product design or engineering - with at least one feature you owned from the problem through to release.
• Proven speed acquiring a technical domain: you've mastered a comparable domain fast in a previous role and can show it. Capital markets or IR background is a bonus, not a requirement. The ramp expectation is working fluency across the product, ASX markets and investor relations inside your first month, and a pitch of your own at the betting table inside your first cycle.
• Work that does the talking: we assess this role on things you've made. Show us the artefacts you used to communicate intent and what happened after release.
• The ability to design in code: you can produce a working prototype with AI-assisted tools. You don't need to have been an engineer; you need to make the thing real enough that no one has to guess what you meant.
• Discovery craft: you run your own customer conversations and turn what you learn into product that ships.
• Outcome ownership: you've measured your own work and been straight about the result.
• A point of view: you can make the case for a decision in a room that will vote on it, and change your mind when the evidence changes.
