Job summary

TechnologyOne is seeking a Solution Architect with deep Supply Chain Management expertise to shape and deliver end-to-end solutions for our customers.

In this role you will translate business needs into practical designs, develop configurations and artefacts, and model processes using BPMN 2.0 and UML. You’ll collaborate with Consulting, R&D, Sales and Product Management to drive value and ensure solution quality.

• Experience with enterprise SCM products and ERP ecosystems.

• Develop current-state and future-state process models using BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• Take ownership of the technical and functional integrity of each solution design.
• Partner with Solution Leads to shape overall solution vision and direction.
• Act as a link between Consulting, R&D, Sales and Product Management for enhancements.
• Deliver compelling customer and internal presentations communicating design and value.
• Identify opportunities to improve our solutions, processes and outcomes.
• Leverage experience with enterprise SCM products and related processes.

Solution Architect - Supply Chain Management

In response to our continued growth, we're looking for a Solution Architect with strong Supply Chain Management expertise to help shape and deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions for our customers.

This is an influential role that sits at the intersection of product, consulting and customer delivery. You'll bring together business requirements, solution design and technical expertise to ensure our Supply Chain Management solutions are practical, scalable and aligned with the outcomes our customers are looking to achieve.

What you'll be doing…

• Translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable solution designs
  
• Design and develop end-to-end Supply Chain Management solutions aligned with customer business needs
  
• Develop, configure, commission and support solution configurations, artefacts, databases
  
• Develop current-state and future-state process models using BPMN 2.0 and UML.
  
• Take ownership of the technical and functional integrity of each solution design
  
• Partner with Solution Leads to help shape the overall solution vision and strategic direction
  
• Act as a key link between Consulting, R&D, Sales and Product Management when solution enhancements are required
  
• Deliver compelling customer and internal presentations that clearly communicate solution design and value
  
• Challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to improve our solutions, processes and customer outcomes
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise TechnologyOne Supply Chain Management products
  
• Deep understanding of supply chain and inter related processes and the business challenges faced by our customers
  
• Experience translating complex requirements into clear, end-to-end solution designs
  
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand how different solution components work together
  
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, collaboration and presentation skills
  
• The ability to work across Consulting, Product, Sales and technical teams to deliver a shared outcome
  
• A customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to solution quality and integrity
  
• Experience with enterprise software, ERP solutions or TechnologyOne products would be highly regarded
