Job summary

Premier Fresh Australia is seeking motivated Produce Handlers (Pick Packers) with machine operation experience to join our Epping Operations team. We currently have Full-Time positions for an immediate start.

You will operate warehouse machinery, fulfil orders to customer specifications with quality control, grading, and packing. The role requires learning health, safety and food safety procedures and working early mornings with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with machine operation.
• Flexible to work early morning shifts (6 am start).
• Availability for weekend work.
• Previous pick/packing experience is highly regarded.
• Good interpersonal, communication, literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation; proper usage of all machinery and equipment.
• Order Fulfilment; preparing product according to procedures and customer specifications including quality control, grading, pre-packing, weighing and assembling.
• Understand labeling specifications and accurate preparation and receipt of Value-Added Batch (VAB).
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Food Safety processes & procedures as instructed by the Supervisor.
• Learn and operate required warehouse machinery.

We are seeking motivated and capable Produce Handlers (Pick Packers) with machine operation experience to join our Epping Operations team.

We currently have Full-Time positions available for an immediate start.

As a Produce Handler your key responsibilities will include.

• Machine Operation; proper usage of all machinery and equipment.


• Order Fulfilment; preparing product in accordance with appropriate procedures and customer specifications including quality control, grading, pre-packing, weighing, and assembling.


• Understand the specifications relating to labeling produce. The accurate and complete preparation and receipt of Value-Added Batch (VAB).


• Adhere to Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Food Safety processes & procedures as instructed by the Supervisor.


• Competency to learn and operate the required warehouse machinery.
