Job summary

Lincoln Sentry, part of DuluxGroup Ltd., is seeking a procurement professional to manage domestic and international suppliers and lead strategic sourcing initiatives. You will analyse spend, negotiate terms, and monitor supplier performance to balance availability and cost across projects.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or Commerce highly regarded
• Experience in procurement, sourcing or supplier management
• Experience managing domestic and international suppliers
• Strong negotiation, commercial and analytical capability
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Problem-solving and risk-management capability
• Advanced Excel and ERP (SAP) experience
• Clear communication and continuous improvement mindset

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or Commerce will be highly regarded and CIPS professional qualification will be advantageous


• Experience in procurement, sourcing or supplier management and exposure to distribution, manufacturing or product-based environments


• Experience managing domestic and international suppliers


• Strong negotiation, commercial and analytical capability


• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills


• Effective problem-solving and risk-management capability


• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP (SAP) or procurement systems


• Clear communication and a continuous improvement mindset
