Job summary

Joining The TJX Companies, Inc. in Australia, TK Maxx is growing its store network and seeks a seasoned Facilities Manager to keep our locations safe, compliant, and operational.

You will oversee services across multiple stores, manage building systems, budgets, and contracts, and partner with Store Operations and Property teams to deliver maintenance upgrades. Willingness to travel across Australia and participate in an on-call roster is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities across a multi-site retail or commercial network.
• Strong capabilities in contractor, vendor, and maintenance management.
• Knowledge of building services and facilities compliance requirements.
• Experience budgeting and managing service contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities
