Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Raising purchase orders and distributing them to suppliers.
• Monitoring outstanding orders and following up on timely delivery.
• Checking goods received against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinating with staff to ensure goods are received and stored properly.
• Maintaining SDS database and updating records as required.
• Ensuring goods meet site and project requirements.
• Building relationships with suppliers and providing admin support.
• Keeping purchasing records accurate and up to date.
