Territory Surgical Supplies in Darwin is seeking a detail‑oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our busy procurement team. You will create and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and work with Operations to resolve supply issues, while maintaining stock levels and analysing trends to support customer needs. This role offers collaboration, process improvement, and long‑term career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, purchasing, inventory, customer service or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing competing priorities.
• Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders, demonstrating tenacity, active listening and a collaborative style.

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing purchase orders with suppliers.
• Monitoring incoming deliveries and following up on order progress and ETAs.
• Work closely with the Operations team & vendors to resolve incoming purchase order issues such short supply, incorrect supply and damaged stock.
• Maintaining inventory levels and reviewing stock trends to support customer requirements.
• Assisting with stock planning and helping identify excess or slow-moving inventory.
• Communicating supplier updates, pricing changes and product information to internal stakeholders
