Job summary

Westpac Group in Sydney is seeking a Procurement Commercial Associate within our External Workforce Sourcing team. You will partner with hiring managers across the Group, providing advice and support throughout the external labour sourcing process, and help ensure commercial outcomes.

You'll work with suppliers to negotiate, review contracts and balance business needs with risk and value, in a full-time, hybrid role based in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, supplier management or commercial activities.
• Familiarity with contracts and ability to support review, negotiation and execution of agreements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to advise and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen, problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work with data, reporting and business processes to support external labour management.
