Extended Stay Australasia (ESA Operations Pty Ltd) is seeking a Procurement and Efficiency Officer to oversee procurement management, identify efficiency opportunities, and build revenue opportunities through negotiations and long-term accommodation strategies.

The role requires a strong background in supply chain management, deep knowledge of the serviced-apartment sector, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple sites.

Formación

• Qualification in supply chain management, procurement, revenue management, project management, business management or similar.
• Strong, demonstrable understanding of the extended-stay / serviced-apartment segment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic procurement, contract negotiation, and delivering sustainable cost efficiencies in operational categories.
• Strong analytical capability: ability to research, interpret data and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations with ROI or cost-benefit analysis.
• Sound knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, revenuemodellingandcommercial solution development.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites, manage competing priorities, and act as a proactive self-starter with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office 365,especially Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for reporting/presentations.

Extended Stay Australasia (ESA Operations Pty Ltd) is an experienced hotel management business with head office located in Hawthorn, Victoria.

Operating extended stay apartment hotels, including the introduction of the MainStay Suites™ brand to Australia, in partnership with Choice Hotels - we are seeking a Procurement and Efficiency Officer to oversee procurement management, identify areas of improvement to create efficiencies in business and build revenue opportunities in negotiations and long-term accommodation strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification in supply chain management, procurement, revenue management, project management, business management or similar.


• Strong, demonstrable understanding of the extended-stay / serviced-apartment segment


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus at all levels.

Salary between $75,000 and $85,000 plus superannuation is available.

This position requires the successful candidate to work onsite at head office or regular travel to one of our properties in Victoria. Some interstate travel may be required.
