Craig Mostyn Group in Bunbury, WA is seeking an experienced Training Lead – Processing to build capability across processing departments. You will deliver hands-on training, coach staff, and drive competency assessments while maintaining training records and safety standards.

Lead the Elevate Your Skills program, develop learning resources, and partner with Production and Training teams to strengthen workforce capability. Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a training, coaching or leadership role within manufacturing or food production.
• Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver practical, hands-on training and competency assessments.
• Good organisational skills with experience maintaining training records.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on training and coaching across processing departments.
• Support new starters as they transition into operational roles.
• Conduct competency assessments and maintain training records.
• Coordinate the Elevate Your Skills program and monitor participant progress.
• Develop and improve training materials and learning resources.
• Promote safe work practices, quality standards and operational compliance.
• Support supervisors and workplace trainers with capability development.
• Collaborate with Production and Training teams to build workforce capability.
