Job summary

Tassal Operations in Proserpine is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to lead our prawn processing team. This role offers significant autonomy, a pathway to broader operational management, and a focus on safe, efficient operations.

You will oversee day-to-day site performance across safety, quality, production and people outcomes, champion continuous improvement, and contribute to building workforce capability. Live and work in the Whitsundays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in FMCG manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and production performance drivers.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Forklift licence (desirable).

Responsibilities
