Heidelberg Materials Australia Pty Ltd in Wallaroo seeks an experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring safe production of high-quality concrete. You will lead a team of plant operators, manage batching, loading, and maintenance, and collaborate with dispatch to meet customer deadlines.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety mindset, and knowledge of batching equipment and QC procedures. White Card, FEL, forklift tickets are desirable.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in concrete plant operations and/or a supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledge of concrete batching plant equipment, processes, and quality control procedures will be highly regarded.
• Relevant tickets and qualifications (e.g., White Card, FEL, forklift license) are desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Strong safety mindset with experience enforcing WHS protocols.
• Confident communicator with great stakeholder management skills.

Concrete Plant Supervisor Heidelberg Materials Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Wallaroo Concrete Plant. This role ensures the efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete.
