Blaze Staffing Solutions – Thomastown VIC is seeking multiple Process Workers & Packers to join busy food manufacturing clients in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. Work involves packing, labeling, quality checks, blending and general cleaning on fast-paced production lines.

Ideal candidates have factory or process work experience, must have full working rights in Australia, own PPE, and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Previous factory, labouring or process work experience, preferably within food, pharmaceutical or therapeutic goods manufacturing.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
• Own PPE gear (safety boots, hi-vis, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely.
• Perform packing, sorting, blending/mixing and general labouring tasks.
• Follow workplace procedures, safety guidelines and instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Assist with manual handling and general factory duties as required.

These roles suit applicants with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands-on duties and can perform in fast-paced production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, packing, sorting, blending/mixing and general labouring tasks
• Follow workplace procedures, safety guidelines and instructions
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Assist with manual handling and general factory duties as required

What We’re Looking For:
