Job summary

Paringa Pet Foods is hiring experienced Meat Processing Workers and General Labourers for a casual full-time position at our Penrith facility. Roles include blending staff, general process workers, and machine operators.

Availability to go permanent for the right candidate is possible. Successful candidates will operate equipment, handle raw meat and by-products, and thrive in a high-volume food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform labouring duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and work physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of HACCP or GMP practices is a plus.

Job description

Paringa Pet Foods are currently seeking experienced Meat Processing Workers / General Labourers to join our business on a Casual full-time basis (with availability to go permanent for the right candidate), located at our facility in Penrith, Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with the competency to operate machinery and work within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. We are currently seeking multiple roles, including blending staff, general process workers, and machine operators.

About you:

Available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am to 6pm

Able to multitask

Ability to conduct physical work

Willingness to learn and perform labouring duties

Be comfortable handling raw meat and animal bi-products

Ability to work in a repetitive and fast paced, manual handling and labour-intensive environment

Positive and proactive attitude

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Coordinate and Motivated

Knowledge and understanding on HACCP/GMP
