Job summary

Select Recruitment in Nagambie is seeking reliable Process Line Workers for casual positions across day, afternoon, and night shifts. You will support daily production in a fast-paced facility, work well in a team, and meet safety and attendance expectations.

Successful applicants may hold a forklift licence (preferred) and must pass a Drug & Alcohol screen plus a Police Check. Valid driver’s licence and transport are required for this role in the Nagambie area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a processing, manufacturing, production, or similar environment.
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• The ability to work well within a team environment.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including short-notice assignments.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and attendance.
• The ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screen.
• A current Police Check.
• A Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential).

Process Line Workers Wanted - Exciting Opportunities in Nagambie!

Recruitment Select is seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking Process Line Workers to join a busy and well-established processing facility in Nagambie.

We currently have casual, opportunities available across day, afternoon, and night shifts, offering flexibility and the chance to become part of a supportive and dynamic team environment.

A Forklift Licence is highly regarded but not essential. Due to varying shift requirements, applicants residing in Nagambie, Seymour, Murchison, and surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

About the Role:

As a Process Line Worker, you will play an important role in supporting daily production operations within a fast-paced processing environment. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively within a team.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

Available Shift Times:

• Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Required PPE:

The successful applicants will be required to wear:

• Hi-Vis shirt
• Long work pants
• Steel cap boots
