Recruitment Select is seeking motivated Process Line Workers to join a busy processing facility in Nagambie, Victoria. The role involves maintaining production operations in a fast-paced environment and requires reliability, fitness, and strong teamwork.

Day, afternoon and night shifts are available with casual on-call arrangements. A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential; applicants living near Nagambie, Seymour, Murchison and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a process line, manufacturing, production, or similar environment.
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across multiple shifts and at short notice when required.
• A commitment to workplace safety and reliability.
• The ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test.
• A current Police Check.
• A forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).

A forklift licence would be highly regarded but is not essential. Due to shift requirements, applicants residing in or around Nagambie, Seymour, Murchison, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

About the Role:

As a Process Line Worker, you will play a key role in maintaining production operations in a fast-paced processing environment. Successful candidates will be flexible, reliable, physically fit, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

We're Looking For Candidates Who Have:

Shifts Hours:

• Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am
