Job summary

Nagambie, Victoria: Recruitment Select seeks an experienced Forklift Operator to join our client's team. This is a full-time position on casual rates, with ongoing work into 2027 and a Christmas break.

Ideal candidates will have LF forklift licence, safe operation, and reliability in a warehouse setting. Day shift Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm, with responsibilities including loading, unloading, and maintaining pick lists.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence and valid certification.
• Willingness to assist in other areas when required.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Experience working independently and in a team.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol Screening.
• Current Police Check.
• Full and unrestricted working rights within Australia.

Job description

Recruitment Select is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our client's team in Nagambie. This is a full-time position on casual rates, with ongoing work available into 2027 with a break over the Christmas period.

This opportunity would ideally suit candidates living in or around the Seymour and Nagambie regions.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Relocating palletised stock safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining pick lists
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment
• Operating equipment in accordance with safety procedures and wearing required PPE
• Assisting with other duties as directed by management

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current and valid LF Forklift Licence
• The flexibility to assist in other areas when required
• The ability to follow supervisor instructions accurately and efficiently
• Experience working both independently and within a team environment
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening
