Job summary

MORE Consulting is seeking reliable Food Production Workers, Meat Processors and Cold Storage Workers to join a pork manufacturer based in Wetherill Park. This role offers training, shift work, and potential permanent employment in a busy meat processing facility.

You will work on production lines, perform packing and quality checks, maintain hygiene and safety procedures, and be physically fit for standing and repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be available Monday to Friday
• Must be okay working with Pork
• Must be okay working in Chilled Environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Reliable transport to Wetherill Park
• Permanent Resident/Australian Citizens

MORE Consulting is currently seeking reliable and motivated Food Production Workers, Meat Processors and Cold Storage Workers to join one of our valued clients based in Wetherill Park. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established PORK manufacturer offering supportive training, and the potential for permanent employment.

Shifts:

AM: 5am - 1:36pm

PM : 2pm - 10:36pm

Key Responsibilities

• Working on food production and processing lines

• Packing, weighing, and labelling food products

• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently

• Preparing products for dispatch

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment

• Following GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures

• Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies

Different Roles include:

• Unloading

• Slicing

• Packing

• Cleaner

• Labouring
