Job summary

Finlaysons in Zillmere, Queensland, is seeking casual Team Members (Frames) to support timber frame production in our frames and truss plant. You will join a manufacturing team focused on precision, safety, and quality while working a Monday to Friday roster.

The role emphasizes operating production equipment, maintaining high workmanship standards, and contributing to process improvements in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction-related role, preferably in frame and truss production.
• A valid forklift licence is essential.
• Able to work a roster between Monday and Friday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with power tools and production equipment.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• A safety-focused mindset and willingness to comply with all WHS requirements.
