Job summary

Labourpower is currently seeking multiple food process workers to work within a fast paced food manufacturing industry located in Rowville

Working within a strict GMP environment you would be required to assist in the production of Chocolate and confectionery goods, from raw ingredients to finished product. In this role you will perform various tasks including, feeding lines with raw product or inclusions, hand packing, reworking, foiling, quality checking, or mixing and blending, and housekeeping duties.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have the ability to work within a fast paced food production environment
• Have proven experience in a similar role
• Be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 15kgs
• Have good time management skills
• Have good mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail
• Demonstrate the ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Have required PPE – steel capped boots with no shoe laces and high visibility clothing
• have a valid driver’s licence and own transport
• Be available to work Monday - Friday ongoing - Weekend offered when available

On offer are day shifts usually scheduled starting from 7am - 3:30pm, and afternoon shifts usually scheduled starting from 3:30pm - midnight.
