Job summary

Australian Staffing Agency is seeking dedicated Process Workers and Pick-Packers to join our client’s Food Manufacturing team in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. Roles involve working in cool room environments and fast-paced conditions, with day and afternoon shifts available as start times range early morning to evening.

You will pick, pack, sort, label products, maintain safety, assist with stock rotation and quality checks, and meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, warehousing or logistics preferred.
• Comfortable working in cold storage environments (1–3°C).
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and tuggers is desirable.
• Full Working Rights in Australia; students welcome.

Process Workers & Pick-Packers – Food Manufacturing | Northern Suburbs

We are seeking dedicated Process Workers and Pick-Packers to join our client’s Food Manufacturing team in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. These roles involve working in cool room environments (1–3°C) and are suited to those comfortable in fast-paced, temperature-controlled settings.

Shift Options & Pay

Day & Afternoon shifts (start times 4am – 7pm)

Monday to Friday + Saturday shifts

Hourly Rate: $30.35 – $34.90

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, and label food products

What We’re Looking For
