Job summary

Bradnam’s Windows & Doors is seeking a Process Worker for the Zillmere site to support daily warehouse operations. The role centres on Colour putaway, product organisation and order picking/packing in a busy team environment.

You will be on your feet throughout the shift, performing manual handling and general store duties while maintaining safety and quality. Full training is provided and a day shift (5:00am–1:06pm) supports regular working hours.

• No prior warehouse experience required.
• Be physically capable of manual handling and standing all day.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and reliability.

About the Role

As a Process Worker, you’ll play an important role in keeping our warehouse running efficiently and ensuring products are correctly stored, picked and ready for our customers.

The primary focus of this position will be Colour Putaway, along with a variety of general warehousing duties, including:

• Colour putaway and organisation of products
• Picking and packing orders
• Stock replenishment
• Loading, unloading and moving products
• Manual handling and lifting
• General store and warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Working closely with your team to meet daily production and customer requirements

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role where you will be on your feet throughout the day. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands and being part of a team, this could be the opportunity for you!

The Details

Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week
Day Shift: 5:00am – 1:06pm
Pay Rate: $28.38 per hour

Skills & Experience

You don't need previous warehouse experience to join us. We’re looking for people with the right attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to safety.
