Action Workforce Pty is seeking Process Workers to join client sites across Mascot, Matraville and Banksmeadow in Sydney. No experience is required as full training is provided.

We offer AM and PM shifts at various locations, with opportunities for ongoing work in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environments, including exposure to 3PL, food production and packing processes.

Looking for a fresh start in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing? We’re hiring reliable and motivated Process Workers to join multiple established client sites across Mascot, Matraville and Banksmeadow.

No previous warehouse experience? No problem! Full training will be provided. If you’re reliable, physically fit, ready to learn and keen to get to work, we want to hear from you!

About the Roles

• RF scanning and stock handling
• Sorting, labelling and dispatching product
• Loading and unloading goods
• General warehouse duties
• Processing and preparing products for distribution
• Assisting with food production and packing
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

AM & PM Shifts Available

We have opportunities across different client sites, with morning (AM) and afternoon/evening (PM) shifts available depending on the location and role.

Typical availability may include:

• AM shifts: 6am-6.30am starts
• PM shifts: 2pm-2.30pm starts
• Monday to Friday opportunities
• Exact shift times vary depending on the client site and position.

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential — full training is provided.
