This permanent role supports a roster of 8 days on, 6 off, with 7 nights on, 7 days off, and may be FIFO from Perth, DIDO from Kalgoorlie, or local residence. Reporting to the Process Shift Supervisor, you will ensure reliable operation of the gold processing plant,

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize the Gwalia Processing Plant for safe, efficient production
• Support processing team to meet plan for production, gold recovery and cost per tonne
• Assist in commissioning and upgrades of processing equipment and systems
• Support metallurgical targets and uphold environmentally sustainable practices

Kickstart your Processing career with Genesis Minerals! Step into a key role where your expertise drive the core of our operations. We are currently seeking Process Technicians for permanent opportunities to join the team at our Gwalia operation in Leonora, just an hours’ flight from Perth, WA.

Reporting to the Process Shift Supervisor, you will ensure safe and efficient operation of the Gold Processing Plant in order to achieve production and metallurgical targets. This opportunity is offered on an8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster. This role may be Fly-in Fly-out from Perth, Drive-in Drive-out from Kalgoorlie or local residential.

You will also:

• Provide Efficient and effective operation of the Gwalia Processing plant
• Contribute to the processing team to ensure that the Processing Department delivers to plan in respect of production, gold recovery and cost per tonne.
• Contribute to the processing team with participation in commissioning plant and development upgrades
• Supporting and assisting in the metallurgical process with targets achieved:
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out in an environmentally sustainable manner.
