Job summary

ZEISS Group in Tonsley, SA, is seeking a Process Technician for the Vision Care Rx Operations Team. This full-time role supports timely processing and coordination of customer orders, providing hands-on, end-to-end tasks in a manufacturing setting.

You will work under the Lab Manager to meet production targets, maintain quality standards and provide general operational support across activities. Training and development opportunities are available in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in pick/pack in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and dispatch daily orders.
• Sort incoming work into defined production streams.
• Identify frame styles and trace lens dimensions.
• Match lenses with frames and manage storage allocation.
• Package completed spectacles and prepare shipments.
• Consolidate orders and prepare consignment documentation.
• Follow established systems and processes to meet requirements.
• Work with the Lab Manager to meet production targets and maintain quality.
