Job summary

Endurance Mining is seeking an experienced process plant operator for the Abra Mine, located about 220km north of Meekatharra in WA. You will work with metallurgists to run the processing facility and paste plant, monitor performance, and implement improvements.

The role requires solid experience in crushing, grinding and related circuits, a strong commitment to safety, and good communication. FIFO or DIDO options apply with competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Experience operating wet processing plants including crushing and grinding.
• Exposure to flotation, filtration, tailings and mine paste plant circuits.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate the processing facility and paste plant under supervision.
• Monitor plant performance and identify process improvements.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Complete daily safety and production reporting.
• Maintain hazard awareness and ensure process continuity.

Endurance's Abra Mine is located approximately 220km north of Meekatharra, in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The underground mine represents one of the world's cleanest and largest lead-silver projects. ty.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Processing Supervisor, you'll work alongside our Metallurgists to operate both the processing facility and paste plant. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real impact on our operations every single day.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Plant monitoring and control to ensure optimal performance
• Identifying and implementing process flow improvements
• Fault finding and minor maintenance activities
• Daily safety and production reporting
• Focus on hazard awareness, recovery, concentrate grade, throughput, and process continuity

What We're Looking For

We need operators with solid experience in crushing, grinding, and ideally flotation, filtration, tailings, and mine paste plant circuits. You'll bring technical expertise combined with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

• Current WA "C" class driver's license
• Solid experience operating wet processing plants (crushing, grinding, reagents, filtration)
• Safe isolations and permitting systems experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet timeframes and solve problems effectively
• Unwavering commitment to safety
