Job summary

Larvotto Resources is developing the Hillgrove Antimony and Gold Project in Armidale, NSW. This Processing Technician role is part of a hands-on, safety‑driven team responsible for safe, reliable operation and monitoring of processing circuits to support consistent production and metallurgical performance as the plant ramps up toward production.

You will operate the plant within established operating parameters, undertake sampling, log data, and assist the plant metallurgist to test and improve

Qualifications

• Experience operating processing circuits in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial environments.
• Understanding of processing flows, equipment operation, and basic metallurgical principles.
• Ability to follow operating procedures and respond effectively to changing processing conditions.
• Strong safety awareness and situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate the plant and optimise plant performance within established operating parameters.
• Report faults or problems to the maintenance team and assist with maintenance activities as required.
• Undertake first level maintenance on equipment.
• Properly record all operating data and log relevant information.
• Undertake sampling and interpret assay results to optimise plant performance.
• Assist the plant metallurgist to test, trial and improve plant performance.
• Perform troubleshooting to help identify and resolve production issues.
• Contribute to operating procedures, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description LVR Hillgrove Mine project is now in development phase ramping up to production phase to begin shortly. With the refurbishing of the processing plant forging ahead we are now seeking experienced Process Technicians. As a member of our processing team, you will play a crucial role in the extraction and processing of valuable resources., As a Plant Technician, reporting to the Process Supervisor, you will be responsible for the for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and monitoring of processing circuits to support consistent production, metallurgical performance, and safe working conditions.

This position is critical to maintaining production continuity, process stability, and safe gold processing operations within a high-risk processing environment. This is a hands-on position, with an emphasis on safety, good communication and an opportunity to operate a range of mineral extraction processes., * Operate the plant and optimise plant performance within established operating parameters.

Other Requirements

• Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
• Must be able to provide a valid National Police Clearance, obtained within the last six months upon request.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening, and comply with ongoing testing during employment.
