Job summary

Gold Fields is seeking a Process Shift Supervisor for our Gruyere operation. The role involves leading a capable crew on a FIFO roster from Perth, driving safety, teamwork and strong production outcomes.

You will collaborate with metallurgists to optimise plant performance, support change management initiatives and assist in maintenance and budget planning, ensuring continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in a mineral processing environment.
• Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate required.
• Hands-on approach with solid mechanical aptitudes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP/AMT experience is advantageous.
• Current WA Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership for crew development.
• Monitor progress of tasks and address issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose system/process changes.
• Assist with change management initiatives and project work.
• Oversee daily workflow of the crew.
• Collaborate with Metallurgists to optimise plant performance and share updates with operators.
• Assist with planning of maintenance, budgets, plans and projects.
