Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Process and Reliability Engineer for our Ringwood manufacturing site. You will support continuous improvement initiatives, help collect and validate data, and promote CI progress across the site.

The role requires 2+ years in CI or food manufacturing, strong data skills, and the ability to train colleagues on CI tools. This on-site position offers training and development within a leading global snacks company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) or in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities.
• Experience applying lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment.
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.
• Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools.
• Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process.
• University degree in Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or related fields.

• Help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS) and provide training on Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques.

• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps.

This role plays an important role maintaining systems and seeing out activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, and promote CI progress
