Qualifications

• Extensive Supervisor or Leadership experience in a minerals processing plant or related industry.
• Demonstrated ability of managing priorities and leading high performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work groups ensuring activities on operational plan are carried out.
• Provide leadership in continual improvement of processes and procedures.
