As our Process Optimisation Specialist, youll play a key role in modernising financial operations, identifying efficiencies and driving sustainable improvements across the Finance function. This role offers the opportunity to influence broader finance transformation initiatives over time
You will work alongside the Financial Controller to understand what our finance processes are intended to achieve, why they are performed, and whether there is a simpler, stronger and more sustainable way to deliver the outcome.
You will follow the processes from beginning to end, from source transaction and journal entry through to balance sheet reconciliation, financial reporting and audit evidence. It combines hands‑on delivery with process redesign, root‑cause analysis and practical implementation.
You are a finance professional who enjoys solving problems, driving improvement and making processes work better. You combine strong financial knowledge with a curious mindset and thrive when collaborating across teams to deliver change.
