Job summary

Alex Fraser is seeking process operators/sorters to join our Laverton recycling facility team. In this entry-level role, you’ll identify unsuitable items on the conveyor, remove them, and sort materials into bins while keeping the work area clean and safe.

Day-to-day work is Monday to Friday with monthly RDOs. PPE, uniform and equipment are provided, and there is potential to obtain heavy machinery tickets and ongoing training in recycling disciplines.

Qualifications

• Able to identify items on a conveyor and work with hands.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Committed to safety and wearing PPE.
• Willingness to learn and develop in recycling disciplines.

Process Operator/Sorter: Join Australia’s Leading Sustainable Materials Supplier.

We are looking for process operators/sorters to join our team. Working out of our Laverton Recycling Facility, you’ll be a key part of our operation in keeping our machines moving. This is a crucial role for our facility and a great entry-level position to start your career with Alex Fraser. No experience needed!
