Job summary

Alex Fraser is seeking a Process Operator/Sorter to join the Laverton Recycling Facility team in Melbourne. This entry-level role focuses on keeping conveyors moving, identifying unsuitable items, and sorting materials.

No experience is required, with training provided and a strong emphasis on safety and PPE use. Typical roster is Monday to Friday with monthly RDOs; opportunities to obtain heavy machinery tickets are available, and all uniforms, equipment and PPE are provided to support your

• Current tickets such as bobcat (LS), EWP, or HR licence are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify unsuitable items on the conveyor.

• Housekeeping and preventative maintenance.
• Hazard identification.
• Reporting and recording.

Process Operator/Sorter: Join Australia's Leading Sustainable Materials Supplier.

We are looking for process operators/sorters to join our team. Working out of our Laverton Recycling Facility, you'll be a key part of our operation in keeping our machines moving.
This is a crucial role for our facility and a great entry-level position to start your career with Alex Fraser. No experience needed!
