Job summary

Engineeringtradesaustralia is seeking experienced Process Operators for the Iron Bridge mine site in Western Australia. This FIFO role offers an 8:6 or 7:7 roster, a $55 per hour rate, and an immediate start.

You will monitor and operate processing plant equipment, conduct inspections, respond to alarms, and maintain records while adhering to site safety procedures. FIFO experience is highly regarded; start date 23 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Process Operator, preferably within mining or mineral processing.
• Experience working in a processing plant environment.
• Strong understanding of safe operating procedures.
• Ability to identify and respond to plant issues. Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous FIFO experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring processing plant equipment
• Conducting regular plant inspections and identifying faults
• Monitoring plant performance and process conditions
• Responding to alarms and operational issues
• Carrying out routine operational tasks and basic troubleshooting
• Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation
• Working closely with maintenance and other site teams
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with site safety procedures
