Job summary

CoreStaff is seeking Seed Process Operator positions based in Toowoomba. The roles involve machine operations, bagging, hygiene, safety, and quality checks within a seed production facility.

Ideal applicants will have forklift experience and licences, a C class license, basic computer and hand tool skills, and the ability to work in a team and across day and afternoon shifts. Training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required and experience with seed/grain handling.
• Grading equipment operation experience preferred.
• C Class drivers licence held and valid.
• Basic computer skills and basic hand tool knowledge.
• Ability to work on your feet and in a team.
• Flexibility to cover day and afternoon shifts.
• Must adhere to safety guidelines and be available for the duration of the job.

Responsibilities

• Machine operations as part of seed processing.
• Bagging out finished product.
• Maintain facility and equipment hygiene.
• Heavy lifting and forklift operations as required.
• Conduct quality checks to meet high standards.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow safety responsibilities and procedures.

Our client is a local seed company, due to production demands we are looking for Seed Process Operator positions based in Toowoomba.

Hours

Monday to Friday 6am start
9.5 hours Monday to Thursday
7:5 hours Fridays

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience with forklift operations and seed / grain handling
• Grading equipment operations experience
• Forklift Licence and forklift operations experience
• C Class Drivers Licence
• Basic computer skills &Basic hand tool knowledge
• Ability to work on their feet
• Able to work in a team environment
• Flexible in working hours to be able to work day shift and afternoon shift
• Ability to adhere to safety guidelines
• must be able to work for the duration of job

Pay Rate

$33.05 per hour - no Forklift Ticket
$33.55 per hour - Forklift Ticket
