Job summary

IXOM Pty Ltd in Kalgoorlie is seeking a hands-on Process Operator to join a small, stable team. You will be involved in end-to-end production tasks, including mixing and batching chemicals, loading materials, and preparing dispatch.

The role offers day shifts (7am-3pm), no FIFO, home every night, and a supportive, safety-focused work environment in a local site. Forklift experience and mining/processing background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence (essential)
• Experience in process operations, mining/processing plants, chemical, manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to get hands-on
• Safety-focused with good attention to detail
• Team player who can work in a small, disciplined crew
• Willingness to comply with PPE requirements, including respirator use (clean shaven policy applies)

This is a rare opportunity to stay local in Kalgoorlie, workday shift only, and be home every night - while still using your process, plant or chemical experience in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

This is a true end-to-end process role, where you'll be involved across the full production cycle - not just one part of it.

Your day will include:
