Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking a hands-on Process Operator to join our Wingfield team, on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday, supporting our onsite chemists and ensuring smooth operations.

You'll handle inventory management, stocktakes, and safe handling of industrial waste, working in a supportive team environment. A C-Class driving licence and forklift licence are essential, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Current C-Class driver's licence (essential).
• Current forklift licence (essential).
• Previous stocktaking or inventory management experience is highly regarded.
• Willingness and ability to undertake a pre-employment medical.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist onsite chemists with inventory management and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with monitoring inventory levels.
• Collect liquid samples and support day-to-day site operations.
• Safely load and unload packaged waste, bulk liquids and oils.
• Transfer liquids from collection containers while following safety procedures.
• Carry out general site duties to maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.

The Opportunity
