Job summary

nbn is seeking a Process Improvement Lead in Melbourne to drive end-to-end process transformation across Field Services. You will analyse current processes, design future-state solutions, and work with SMEs, Product Managers and project teams to deliver measurable improvements in customer and employee experience.

You'll apply Lean Six Sigma and Agile methods, lead workshops, develop process documentation, monitor performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while balancing multiple

Working closely with Field Services leaders, SMEs, Product Managers, and project teams, the role leads end-to-end process engineering, facilitates stakeholder workshops, develops process documentation, supports digital solution design, and monitors process performance to ensure successful implementation and business outcomes. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, influencing, and communication skills, with a focus on applying best-practice methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile while managing multiple initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.**A bit about you**The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in process improvement, process engineering, business analysis, customer journey mapping, and business process modelling, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications and Lean Six Sigma knowledge. They will be skilled in facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, presenting to senior leaders, and influencing outcomes across complex environments.
