Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Process Engineer for our North Rocks factory in Australia to support the Manufacturing teams by eliminating losses and waste on the production line. You will apply Autonomous Maintenance and Focused Improvement tools, including SMED, 5S, and PDCA, to drive world class performance.

The role requires 2+ years in FMCG process or reliability engineering, familiarity with UMS/WCM, and strong leadership to coach line crews toward improved OEE, reduced waste, and fewer unplanned

Qualifications

Experience in FMCG manufacturing and process engineering.
Engineering degree and strong technical foundation.
Proven leadership/coaching abilities in a production setting.
Knowledge of lean, TPM/KAIZEN methodologies and RCA.

Responsibilities

Eliminate waste and losses across the production line using UMS/WCM pillars.
Lead AM and FI implementations and machine parameter optimization.
Run to Standard (R2S) programs including data collection and problem solving.
Train line crews on technical standards and basic condition restoration.
Drive 5S standards and GMP, safety, and quality initiatives.
Support cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing KPIs.
