Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to follow work instructions, specifications and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or assembly environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components in accordance with work instructions, specifications and production schedules.
• Follow all assembly procedures, quality standards and safe work practices.
• Conduct product inspections and basic functional testing to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Prepare completed products for packaging, storage and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate completion of production records, job sheets and inventory transactions.
• Identify and report product defects, quality concerns or process issues.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including stocktakes and stock handling.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and an organised work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Service and Warehouse teams to meet business objectives.
• Undertake other reasonable duties within the scope of the role.
