Job summary

HUB24 in Queensland seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to grow the HUB24 platform across advisers and dealer groups. You will expand the adviser panel, build strong relationships with industry stakeholders, and deliver platform demonstrations and education sessions.

You will work with advisers, dealer groups and partners to drive adoption while meeting sales targets and contributing ideas for product and service improvements. A hybrid work setup supports flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial products, platforms and the Australian financial planning industry.
• Proven experience in business development and relationship management.
• Ability to build credible relationships with advisers, dealer groups and stakeholders.
• Understanding of relevant financial services legislation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective advisers and dealer groups.
• Grow HUB24's share of business across your allocated adviser panel.
• Research adviser businesses and identify opportunities where HUB24 solutions can add value.
• Build trusted relationships with advisers, support teams and key industry stakeholders.
• Deliver platform demonstrations, training sessions and ongoing field support.
• Develop local business development and marketing initiatives, including adviser events and education sessions.
• Monitor performance against sales targets and maintain CRM activity records.
• Represent HUB24 at conferences and industry events.
