UniSuper Advice is seeking a Private Wealth Adviser - Associate to support Senior Private Wealth Advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning advice to clients with complex needs. You will help prepare, coordinate and deliver advice, while contributing to ROAs, client reviews and campaigns.

You will work within a collaborative team, ensuring compliance with AFSL standards and continuously improving advice delivery, including exploring AI-enabled solutions.

Competenze

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
• Knowledge of superannuation, tax, insurance and investment products.

Mansioni

• Support strategy development, paraplanning briefs, SOA reviews and client presentations.
• Deliver ROAs and manage client review tasks, follow-ups and campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with AFSL requirements and governance standards.
• Contribute to advice quality assurance, audits and remediation activities.
• Support innovation in advice delivery, including the use of AI.
• Promote UniSuper Advice through events, seminars and member engagement.
