Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Private Equity Fund Accounting Associate in Sydney to monitor cash flows, validate capital calls and distributions, and support audit-ready reporting for LPs. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
5+ years in private equity administration or fund accounting.
Experience reconciling cash activity and resolving breaks.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily capital calls, distributions, and fee activity; resolve cash flow breaks with clients and internal teams.
Classify fund cash flows and valuation activity (NAV, management fees, income).
Review investment/divestment documents for terms and timing; ensure processing.
Produce private equity and real estate investment performance reporting.
Set up fund books and GP vehicles in the accounting platform.
