• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser of at least five years.

• Excellent compliance with regulatory obligations.

Step into a role that helps individuals navigate some of life's most important financial decisions while contributing to the growth of Equity Trustees' Private Client business in South Australia. This is a unique opportunity to combine trusted financial advice with meaningful relationship building, helping beneficiaries, clients and families achieve confidence and clarity during significant life transitions.

Reporting to the National Manager, this role sits within our Private Client Advice team and will work closely with Estate Management and other internal stakeholders across Equity Trustees. This is a growth-focused role where success comes from building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and clients, creating a sustainable referral pipeline, identifying advice opportunities for Private Clients, and converting these into trusted long-term advice relationships.

• Guide beneficiaries through key life moments during the estate administration journey, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions through specialist wealth management insight.
• Build and grow the Private Client advice offering in Adelaide through relationship-led business development.
• Partner with Estate Managers and other parts of the business to identify advice opportunities and support clients through significant life events.
• Deliver holistic wealth management, investment and strategic advice tailored to each client's goals, family circumstances and future plans.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and connect them with the right expertise across Equity Trustees to support their evolving needs and goals.
• Collaborate effectively with the broader Advice and support team to deliver a seamless advice experience and uphold high compliance and professional standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser of at least five years.
• Demonstrated understanding of what it takes to deliver a high-quality financial advice service, ensuring strong client experiences and outcomes throughout the advice journey.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships, generate and convert opportunities, cultivate referral networks, and grow a sustainable portfolio of high-value, long-term advisory clients.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, with the empathy and credibility to support beneficiaries, clients, Estate Managers and internal referral partners.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams and business units to create referral opportunities and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• A collaborative, positive approach and the desire to contribute to a supportive team culture and the growth of the broader Private Client business.
• Strong technical knowledge across wealth management, superannuation, investments and retirement planning.
• Strong understanding of advice compliance requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Relevant qualifications required to meet ASIC Financial Adviser Professional Standards.
