Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of financial services experience with private capital fund accounting.
• Minimum 5 years in people management.
• Expertise in alternative asset valuations and NAV lifecycle.
• Proficient with eFront Invest system, Excel, Power BI.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Private Capital fund accounting team.
• Oversee NAV lifecycle, valuations, trial balances and fee calculations.
• Ensure ISAE 3402 II compliance and robust controls.
• Coordinate client reporting and onboarding of new business.
• Own KPI performance, SLAs, and risk indicators.
