Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting partners with a prominent global asset services firm to recruit a Private Capital Fund Accounting Manager in Sydney. You will own the end-to-end NAV lifecycle, oversee valuation workflows, and lead a high-performing fund accounting team to deliver precise reporting and compliance.

The role requires 10–15 years in financial services with 5+ years of people management, and expertise in private capital valuations, eFront, Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in financial services, with at least 5 years in people management.
• Strong background in private capital fund accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Private Capital fund accounting team and second-line managers.
• Own end-to-end NAV and valuation workflows, including trial balances and fee calculations.
• Oversee capital events and client reporting for institutional clients.
• Ensure ISAE 3402 II compliance and robust control environment.
• Drive onboarding, client transitions, and change projects.
