Job summary

The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking an Offender Services Supervisor to provide a critical role at Tarrengower Prison. This role coordinates psycho-educational programs and manages vocational and transitional initiatives for female inmates, contributing to reintegration and risk reduction.

You will coordinate services, lead program delivery, and engage with internal and external stakeholders. Some weekend/public holiday work may be required; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in human services or welfare fields desirable.
• Experience coordinating prison-based programs is highly desirable.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks and related screenings.
